Our meals and food packages can be heated up by either of two simple, common and convenient ways i.e. microwave or sous-vide (heating with boiling water)

It depends on your microwave, the type of food ordered and temperature preference. The average heating time is 1:30 - 2:30 minutes (with reference to 1800 Watt microwave).

Absolutely! We use 100% food-safe, BPA-free bags. The bags can be microwaved, frozen, and boiled - which means they work great for sous-vide cooking.

At this time meals are made ‘as is’ no modifications or substitutions are allowed.

Yes, you can choose pick-up option for your orders at our production facility by Monday and Thursday from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Please be aware that as soon as you choose pick-up option, you will not be able to change to delivery option.

Not at all! Our meals are fresh, convenient and restaurant-standard ready-to-eat meals.

Due to the typical difference of the meals prep and packaging process from the one of regular restaurants, your order will usually be ready for delivery after 1 to 2 business days (from the date your order is received).

As the nature of the production of ready-to-eat meals requires different process from the one of regular restaurants, your ordred meals will usually be available after 1 to 2 days from the ordering date.
